Henri Benitez Ramirez was hit with seven counts of possession of child porn following his arrest in Virginia on Tuesday, authorities announced.
On July 9, detectives from the Leesburg Police Department arrested Benitez Ramirez and executed a search warrant at a home in the 100 block of Halifax Place SE after receiving a cyber tip about possible child porn being accessed.
Benitez Ramirez was arrested without incident and taken to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center, where he was being held without bond as of Wednesday, July 10.
